US Outbound Outreach Specialist

About the role

BizBackerz is seeking a US Outbound Outreach Specialist to work on‑site in Islamabad. The role focuses on high‑volume cold‑calling, emailing and social outreach to US‑based prospects, introducing the company’s services and qualifying sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to US businesses and consumers each day.
• Pitch solutions, handle objections and secure qualified leads.
• Maintain real‑time records of dials, conversations and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Research target companies and decision‑makers to build accurate prospect lists.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and prepare outreach materials.
• Report on outreach performance and pipeline progress against daily quotas.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or American accent.
• Thick‑skinned and resilient to rejection and gatekeepers.
• Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PKT) consistently.
• 100 % on‑site presence at the Blue Area office.
• Prior experience in US telesales, BPO or lead generation is strongly preferred.
