US Sales Specialist - Night Shift

About the role

ABS International, a direct US principal since 2009, is hiring US Sales Specialists for its late-night shift (11 PM to 7 AM) in Karachi. The role involves outbound calls to US-based prospects and existing customers, working inside a live US CRM with weekly targets, daily coaching and full individual performance visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and existing customers
• Open conversations, build interest, handle objections and close deals
• Work within a live US CRM with defined weekly targets and daily coaching

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling or BPO preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English, as calls are made to US customers
• Self-driven, able to manage your own calls without supervision
• Fully available Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month depending on experience, plus a PKR 3,000 monthly attendance allowance
• Uncapped commission as a direct percentage of revenue generated, plus a daily cash reward for the top daily performer
• 15 days fully paid annual leave and Provident Fund
• Dedicated Namaz break every shift
