About the role
We are hiring US Telecom Sales Agents and a Leads Retention Manager to support our US telecom customers from our Karachi office. The positions are night‑shift, full‑time and on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales of telecom, internet and TV services to US customers and achieve sales targets.
- Handle lead follow‑up, retention and conversion of lost or undecided leads.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise follow‑up teams, monitoring performance and KPIs.
- Improve lead‑to‑sale conversion rates.
Required profile
- Previous experience in US telecom, internet or TV sales.
- Experience handling US customers.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of telecom products and services (preferred).
- US telecom sales experience (preferred).
