US Truck Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a US Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Model Town, Lahore. The role is full‑time, night‑shift (6 PM–3 AM) and involves coordinating loads for US‑based carriers using major load boards. You will work onsite, collaborating with brokers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Find and book suitable loads using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with brokers.
• Plan routes, track loads and maintain clear communication with drivers.
• Resolve delays and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate rate confirmations, load records and delivery documentation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on US truck dispatching experience.
• Strong spoken and written English for broker and driver communication.
• Experience with load boards, rate negotiation, load booking and dispatch documentation.
• Understanding of US lanes, time zones and route planning.
• Organized, reliable and able to handle multiple loads and follow‑ups.
• Available to work onsite in Model Town, Lahore during the night shift.
