USA Dispatch Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Dispatch Associate to manage final‑mile delivery operations for our logistics team. The role requires real‑time coordination with drivers, warehouses, carriers and US‑based business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise delivery routes based on capacity, geography and delivery windows.
• Schedule B2B delivery appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor drivers throughout their routes, provide real‑time updates and resolve on‑road issues.
• Track delivery progress, transit times and on‑time KPIs to meet service standards.
• Coordinate with warehouses, dispatch teams, carriers and internal support to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate professionally with US customers via calls and emails, providing updates and handling queries.
• Maintain dispatch reports, delivery logs and other operational documentation using Excel and reporting tools.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation or final‑mile delivery operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with TMS, routing software, GPS tracking or mapping systems.
