UX Researcher (Non‑technical) – Binance Accelerator Program

About the role

Join the Binance Accelerator Program as a UX Researcher for a 3‑6 month immersive experience in the Web3 space. You will work with the Central Product Team, helping improve product functionality and onboarding processes while gaining valuable networking and professional development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the experience of product functionality and processes.
• Provide experience reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience.
• Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and effective communication.
• Able to collaborate across multiple business units.
• Good customer service awareness.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
