Vehicle Tracking Officer

About the role

AR Trakker, a Karachi‑based tracking technology company, is seeking a Vehicle Tracking Officer to ensure reliable daily monitoring of vehicles and to deliver responsive customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor assigned vehicles and tracking alerts through the company’s web portal and related systems.
• Review location, route, stoppage, speed, ignition and other operational data to identify unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal queries regarding vehicle status and tracking reports.
• Maintain accurate logs of alerts, incidents, escalations and resolution updates.
• Work a 10‑hour evening shift (approximately 2 PM to 12 AM), with slight flexibility.
• Food will be provided and gazetted holidays are granted.

Required profile

• Hands‑on ability to monitor GPS/GSM vehicle‑tracking platforms and web‑based dashboards.
• Clear verbal and written communication for customer updates and internal coordination.
• Accurate incident logging, report preparation and escalation handling.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of web applications, email, spreadsheets and record‑management tools.
• Ability to stay attentive during routine monitoring and manage multiple alerts or requests simultaneously.
