Vendor Experience Specialist

About the role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Vendor Experience Specialist to lead content operations for vendor menus across its platform. You will mentor supervisors, ensure menu accuracy, and drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve vendor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage supervisors and team leaders across content operations.
• Create, upload, and maintain menus for partnered vendors, ensuring accurate item names, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to update menu changes, new dishes, and promotional items promptly.
• Audit menu content regularly for errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
• Implement quality standards for menu presentation, including grammar, formatting, and imagery.
• Collaborate with partners, marketing, product, and customer support to synchronize menu updates with promotions and campaigns.
• Work with UX/UI teams to optimise menu layouts for better user engagement and conversion.
• Monitor menu performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise offerings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content or operations management, preferably in food, e‑commerce, or online delivery.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams of supervisors and team leaders.
• Strong understanding of food‑industry terminology, trends, and consumer preferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
