Verifier – Customer Data Validation (Telecom)

About the role

We are looking for a Verifier to ensure the accuracy of customer information and account activities for our telecom clients. Based in Islamabad, you will work on‑site in a full‑time morning shift, handling phone and message‑based verifications while adhering to strict data protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Validate customer identity, account details, and transaction records against source documents and CRM entries.
• Conduct outbound and inbound verifications via phone and messaging using approved scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Compare and reconcile data from CRM, billing, and provisioning systems, flagging discrepancies for escalation.
• Document verification outcomes, update case records accurately, and maintain audit trails for quality reviews.
• Collaborate with operations, technical support, and quality assurance teams to resolve exceptions.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets while complying with client‑specific security requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in verification, BPO, telecom verification, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in customer and billing data.
• Proficient verbal communication for phone‑based verifications and clear written case notes.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with web‑based portals.
• Ability to follow scripts, compliance checklists, and quality standards consistently.
• Effective time management to meet productivity and quality KPIs in a BPO environment.
