Vice President Operations

About the role

Advisor Pro Partners is a firm that manages and files tenders for its clients, handling documentation, registration and submission requirements so that organizations can compete more efficiently in bidding. The Vice President Operations is a full-time remote position overseeing end-to-end operational execution across all tender management services. The role leads operational strategy, designs and optimizes workflows, and ensures service delivery standards are consistently met and improved.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational execution and lead operational strategy
• Manage cross-functional teams and monitor performance metrics
• Drive process improvements that support quality, compliance and scalability
• Oversee P&L performance for operational units
• Coordinate project timelines and resources
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Foster a strong customer service culture and resolve escalated client issues
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operations or leadership roles, preferably in professional services, consulting or tender/bid management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage
• Ability to work in a remote, distributed team
