VIP Account Manager – Urdu/Hindi/English

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a proactive VIP Account Manager who can communicate fluently in Urdu, Hindi and English. You will act as the primary point of contact for high‑value clients, promoting our SaaS trading platform and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective and existing VIP clients via calls, emails and CRM tools.
• Promote Quadcode’s financial products and services to high‑value customers.
• Negotiate and convert leads into long‑term relationships.
• Develop initiatives to boost client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor client activity, identify growth opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management or business development.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Urdu and/or Hindi.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
