VIP Flight Attendant – Premium Aviation Service

About the role

Our client, a leading aviation service provider, seeks an experienced and energetic professional to join their team as a VIP Flight Attendant. The role involves delivering the highest standards of safety, security, comfort, and personalized hospitality to high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate executives, and other VIP guests aboard private and corporate aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end cabin preparation, including immaculate interior, inventory checks, bespoke menu planning and luxury amenity stocking before each flight.
• Provide discreet, high‑standard in‑flight service such as silver service, fine‑dining plating, wine pairing and customized beverage service while ensuring continuous cabin care.
• Conduct all mandatory safety briefings, pre‑flight checks and emergency procedures in compliance with civil aviation regulations and the company’s Safety Management System.
• Oversee post‑flight cleaning, restocking, secure storage of high‑value equipment, and accurate reconciliation of catering invoices and cabin expense records.

Required profile

• Higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, aviation or related field.
• 3–5+ years of flight attendant experience, preferably in corporate/private aviation or premium first/business class service.
• Valid Cabin Crew Safety/Emergency Procedures certification and medical fitness clearance from the relevant civil aviation authority.
• Excellent personal grooming, discretion, adaptability to irregular schedules and strong command of English (additional languages a plus).
