Virtual Assistant Intern for Short‑Term Rentals (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant Intern to support guest relations across our portfolio of short‑term rental properties. This remote position offers hands‑on experience in hospitality operations and guest communication.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests before, during, and after their stay via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications using our property management software, ensuring accurate reservation records.
• Coordinate check‑ins and check‑outs, liaising with cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare properties.
• Monitor guest reviews on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, responding professionally to feedback.
• Maintain records of guest interactions, bookings, and issues, providing regular reports on satisfaction and property performance.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with flexibility during peak periods.
• Long‑term commitment to growing within the short‑term rental industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with communication tools (email, chat applications).
• Experience using property management software and familiarity with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
