Virtual Assistant

About the role

BackTech is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative, operational, and executive support to its clients. The role combines traditional assistant duties with personal assistance, requiring discretion, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently during night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clients’ professional and personal calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle email correspondence and other communications on behalf of clients.
• Prepare accurate reports based on data analysis and research.
• Conduct online research and propose practical solutions for administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with utility companies and service providers.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain proactive communication with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to remain composed, focused, and productive under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail).
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills for accurate calculations.
• Online research and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Trello or Asana (optional).
