Virtual Chiropractic Operations Manager

About the role

Health & Virtuals seeks an experienced Virtual Chiropractic Operations Manager to lead a remote team of Virtual Chiropractic Assistants (VCAs) and ensure high‑quality support for U.S. chiropractic practices. The role blends clinical knowledge of physiotherapy and musculoskeletal care with strong operational and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop a team of VCAs, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
• Oversee virtual administrative operations for U.S. chiropractic practices, ensuring accurate patient journey coordination from consultation to follow‑up.
• Manage patient scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling and follow‑up workflows to maximize appointment utilization.
• Maintain professional, empathetic patient communication and handle escalated concerns.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, HIPAA compliance and proper insurance verification.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, quality assurance processes and regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, DPT or related field with professional physiotherapy experience.
• Hands‑on experience working with U.S. chiropractic practices or the U.S. healthcare market.
• Proven team‑leadership experience in a remote healthcare support setting.
• Strong understanding of chiropractic, rehabilitation, orthopedic and musculoskeletal workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple practices and workflows simultaneously.

Required skills

• Knowledge of physiotherapy and musculoskeletal care terminology.
• Familiarity with U.S. chiropractic practice operations and patient coordination.
• Experience with scheduling systems and patient communication platforms.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare documentation standards.
