About the role
We are seeking an English‑speaking Virtual Sales Assistant to join our international remote team. You will engage with customers via online chat, nurture relationships, and support the end‑to‑end online sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through live chat and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients following approved sales scripts.
- Update and manage customer information in the company CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet targets and improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- Fluent written English.
- Reliable computer, high‑speed internet connection, and ability to work full‑time 8‑hour shifts.
- Strong communication skills; prior sales or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
