Virtual Staging & Floor Plan Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Virtual Staging & Floor Plan Specialist to create photorealistic staged images, accurate floor plans, and manage email communications for real‑estate listings. The position works night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) at our Chandni Chowk Murree Road office.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality AI‑powered virtual staging for residential properties using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and related software, ensuring realistic lighting, textures and proportions.
• Produce professional floor plans and property layouts using Figma or equivalent design tools, accurately reflecting dimensions, doors, windows and architectural features.
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, translate client instructions into actionable tasks, track deadlines and maintain organized records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI‑driven virtual staging or real‑estate marketing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise client instructions.
• Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
