Visa Consultant

About the role

The Visa Consultant will guide clients through visa requirements and application processes for a range of destinations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with the travel and tours team to align visa timelines with flight bookings, group tours, and Umrah packages.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility and advise on immigration and visa options for countries such as the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia.
• Prepare, review and submit visa application files, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration policies.
• Communicate with clients via in‑person meetings, phone and email, providing clear guidance and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with the travel team to synchronize visa timelines with flight bookings, group tours and Umrah packages.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in visas and immigration with practical experience handling applications.
• Demonstrated consulting skills and ability to assess client needs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Urdu proficiency is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for managing multiple cases and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a travel agency, visa consultancy or immigration services is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, International Relations, Tourism Management or a related field is an advantage.
