Visa Consultant – Remote (Pakistan-wide)

About the role

We are looking for Visa Consultants to provide organized, accurate, and professional guidance to clients across Pakistan. The role is fully remote and involves consulting on immigration, study, work, visit, or settlement visas, and managing case documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel or migration objectives and explain applicable visa categories, documentation, timelines, and procedures.
• Review client documents for completeness and consistency, identify potential issues, and prepare case files according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, follow up on pending documentation, and maintain accurate case records while protecting confidential information.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of visa consulting, immigration documentation, or related client services.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client cases while maintaining confidentiality.
• Professional client relationship management, including timely follow‑up and clear written communication.
