Visa Services Executive - Immigration and Client Support

About the role

A client of Atlantic Visas & Immigration Consultancy is hiring a Visa Services Executive in Peshawar to support clients through the visa application process. The role covers document verification, case workflow management, appointment scheduling and client relationship management, without team leadership. It suits a meticulous, client-focused person with excellent English and strong analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify client documents such as travel documents, bank statements and government-issued papers against immigration and visa regulations.
• Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and on time, following country-specific rules and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain close contact with clients, giving timely updates and helping them resolve issues during the application process.
• Track application workflows and case statuses using case management systems and CRM tools.
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate with embassies or consular offices.
• Interpret immigration rules to assess eligibility and help prepare supporting evidence.
• Validate documents against regulatory standards and keep client records accurate in CRM and client databases.
• Help resolve client queries and stay current on immigration policy changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve appointment scheduling, case tracking and application processing.

Required profile

• Preference for candidates with a Master's degree.
• At least one year of experience in client relations, preferably in the visa or immigration sector.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong analytical ability for document review.
• Proactive, independent work style with attention to regulatory compliance.
