Visa & Ticketing Specialist

About the role

Travel Guru Consultants, a visa consultancy in Model Town, Lahore, is looking for an experienced specialist to lead its visa and ticketing work and help set the standard for a professional consultancy. The position is full-time, on-site, Monday to Saturday, reporting to the Managing Partner, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client profiles and give honest, written ratings using the firm's assessment process.
• Prepare complete visit visa files for the UK, Schengen countries, USA, Canada, the Gulf and Asia.
• Review bank statements, employment and business documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Draft cover letters, travel plans and application forms, and check colleagues' files before submission.
• Book appointments with VFS, TLS and Gerry's and brief clients before they attend.
• Issue, reissue and refund airline tickets on a GDS.
• Analyse refusal letters and prepare honest reapplication plans.
• Keep client records, documents and status updates current in the digital system.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on visa processing at a travel agency or consultancy.
• Files handled for the UK, Schengen, and the USA or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; IATA or UFTAA training is a plus.
• Clear written English and fluent Urdu; Punjabi is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus.
• Confidence with Google Sheets, email and scanning.
