Visual Designer & Content Strategist

About the role

We are expanding our marketing team and need a Visual Designer & Content Strategist to raise the quality, consistency, and impact of our brand communications. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the Product Manager and Marketing Support Specialist to create visual assets, short‑form video, and strategic content for digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual assets such as social media posts, carousels, infographics, website visuals, presentations, and case studies.
• Create and edit short‑form video content, including motion graphics and basic animations.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all channels.
• Produce PDF and offline marketing collateral like brochures, one‑pagers, and slide decks.
• Proofread all marketing content for grammar, tone, and accuracy; perform detailed QA checks on spelling, layout, and visual balance.
• Contribute visual ideas to content planning, suggest format adaptations, and support content calendar execution.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teammates, communicate design decisions, and thrive in a fast‑turnaround, feedback‑heavy environment.

Required profile

• Near‑native English proficiency with exceptional grammar and tone control.
• Strong attention to detail in both visual execution and written messaging.
• Ability to follow and enforce brand guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, revision‑driven setting.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to iterative feedback.
