About the role
The Warehouse Associate will manage logistics and warehousing operations for the Karachi warehouse, ensuring efficient stock handling, transportation, and compliance with internal controls.
Key responsibilities
- Manage primary and secondary transportation, inventory replenishment, and stock loading according to Stock Transfer Orders and Sales Orders.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory movement, ensure traceability, and conduct physical verification and proper stacking.
- Guide and train loading staff, implement SOPs, and monitor KPIs for logistics and warehouse performance.
- Lead SAP operations for the warehouse, ensure compliance with internal/external audits (HACCP, ISO), and uphold HSE and PPE standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- 4‑6 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
- Strong understanding of EHS and FSSC requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
