Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and warehouse operations for a medical supplies manufacturing company. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records in the Odoo ERP system, ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance, and supporting production through timely material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement inventory control policies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage inventory for raw materials, packaging, work‑in‑progress, finished goods, and critical spare parts.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
• Monitor inventory movement, identify slow‑moving, obsolete, and excess stock.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions within the Odoo ERP system, including lot‑wise tracking with expiry dates.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to guarantee timely material availability.
• Apply FIFO and FEFO practices and maintain traceability in line with ISO regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update inventory forecasting models based on production plans and historical consumption.
• Generate inventory reports and KPIs for senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
• Understanding of warehouse management principles and barcode‑based inventory systems.
• Familiarity with FIFO and FEFO inventory practices.
• Basic knowledge of DRAP requirements and ISO regulatory traceability.
• Understanding of production planning and material requirements planning (MRP).
