Warehouse Store Manager (Textile & Leather)

About the role

The Store Incharge at Dekalb Trade Voice in Sialkot oversees the daily operations of a combined warehouse and retail store serving the textile and leather industry. The role ensures smooth inventory control, accurate record‑keeping, and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and store activities, including stock receiving, issuing, and verification against purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels using ERP/WMS systems and conduct regular physical stock counts.
• Supervise a team of three staff members, coordinating tasks to maintain efficient workflow.
• Inspect incoming shipments for compliance with goods received notes and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed daily records of stock movements and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct periodic store audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize WMS software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to coordinate timely replenishments and manage returns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in warehouse or material store management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and enforce standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• Experience with ERP inventory software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
