Warranty Assistant – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Warranty Assistant to join our automotive division. The Warranty Assistant will be responsible for ensuring timely processing and documentation of warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
• Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to warranty claims.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and providing updates on warranty claims.
• Collaborate with the automotive team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of warranty claims.
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest warranty policies and procedures.
• Identify and report any potential warranty fraud or discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new warranty processes and procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive warranty processes.
• Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
