Missions
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for night‑shift positions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding, training and off‑boarding processes.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide HR guidance and resolve employee queries during night hours.
Profil recherche
- Fluent English communication skills.
- 2‑5 years of HR or recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently on night shifts.
