Web Developer – Full-time, On-site in Lahore

About the role

The Web Developer will design, develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support World Trade Development’s global trade and business development initiatives. This full-time, on-site position is based in Lahore and requires close collaboration with designers, content teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Build and integrate back-end services, APIs and databases.
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deploy updates.

Required profile

• Strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Proficiency in back-end development, server-side programming, APIs and database integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines on-site in Lahore.
• Experience with international organizations or trade-related platforms is an advantage.
