Web Growth Developer (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a US‑based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Web Growth Developer to build and optimise high‑performing, lead‑generating websites for home‑service businesses. The role combines front‑end development, technical SEO and performance optimisation, with full ownership from build to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, launch and continuously optimise high‑converting websites and landing pages.
• Implement technical SEO, site‑speed enhancements and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Set up and validate analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking).
• Integrate CRM and automation platforms, manage form routing, site migrations and clean deployments.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure correct launch and optimal performance.
• Analyse site data and apply data‑driven improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing and technical tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building custom WordPress solutions and modern front‑end applications.
• Background in a digital‑marketing agency environment; experience with home‑service industry is a plus.
• Proactive, execution‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
