About the role

We are looking for a Web Scraping & Data Extraction Specialist to collect and organise business information from a variety of UK and USA websites. The role involves building reliable data sets that support our business intelligence and outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

• Scrape and extract data from multiple UK and USA websites.
• Collect business and contact information according to defined criteria.
• Build and maintain accurate databases using Excel, Google Sheets or CSV files.
• Utilise web scraping tools, APIs, browser automation or custom scripts as needed.
• Clean, validate, de‑duplicate and organise the scraped data.
• Handle websites with diverse structures and data formats.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records.
• Regularly update databases with fresh information.
• Follow website terms, applicable laws and responsible data‑collection practices.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of hands‑on experience in web scraping and data extraction.
• Detail‑oriented and technically strong.
• Experience with directories, business websites, public databases, marketplaces and other structured or unstructured web sources.
