WebMethods Developer – Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled WebMethods Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Software AG webMethods platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with webMethods 10.x or higher and a solid background in A2A/ESB and B2B integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support integration flows using webMethods Designer and flow language.
• Implement SOAP and REST web services, XML/JSON processing, and OAuth 2.0 security.
• Configure and manage integration components such as Integration Server, Universal Messaging, Trading Networks, and My WebMethods Server.
• Handle file-based integrations, including flat‑file, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS, and AS2 protocols.
• Work with JDBC, SAP, and other adapters to connect disparate systems.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting following SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high‑quality artifacts on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Software AG webMethods 10.x or later.
• Hands‑on work in A2A/ESB and B2B integration development.
• Familiarity with BPM and API integration concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
