Zone Sales Manager – Bahawalpur

About the role

The Zone Sales Manager (ZSM) for Bahawalpur will lead sales operations for the tea business across the designated region. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building strong distributor relationships, and ensuring product availability to drive brand visibility and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with national objectives and set sales targets for the zone.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team through regular meetings and training.
• Identify new market opportunities, collaborate with marketing on promotions, and ensure optimal product placement at points of sale.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and trade partners, manage inventory levels, and resolve trade issues.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjust tactics based on competitor activity, and conduct market visits.
• Manage trade spend, discounts, and ensure sales targets are met within the allocated budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Develop strong relationships with key retailers, address customer complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
