Zoom Presenter & Sales Closer (Chinese & English)

About the role

NSOL BPO, a business process outsourcing company serving international markets, is hiring a full-time, onsite Zoom Presenter & Sales Closer in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role is focused on the Chinese market and requires fluent Mandarin and English, with working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional Zoom meetings with Chinese prospects, presenting company services and explaining business solutions
• Manage sales conversations, handle objections, negotiate and convert qualified prospects into confirmed clients
• Communicate in Chinese and English via Zoom, email and messaging platforms
• Assess prospects' needs, decision-making authority and readiness to buy
• Follow up on proposals and prepare customized presentations and proposals
• Use AI tools to support prospect research, presentations, follow-ups and productivity
• Maintain CRM records of meetings, proposals, negotiations and closed deals
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and coordinate with business development, marketing and management teams

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, including business presentations
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or appointment closing preferred
• Ability to work in a professional onsite office environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn, email outreach and digital sales tools is an advantage
• Ability to use or quickly learn AI-powered sales tools
• Preferred: experience with Zoom, CRM systems, AI sales assistants and presentation tools
