ACA Verification Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an ACA Verification Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads. You will assist U.S. customers with plan selection, eligibility checks, and enrollment while ensuring compliance with ACA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads.
• Assist customers with plan selection, eligibility verification, and enrollment.
• Guide clients through the application process accurately.
• Ensure compliance with ACA guidelines and call protocols.
• Perform call verification and documentation.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service, especially to U.S. clients.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in an ACA campaign.
• Strong knowledge of ACA plans, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred).
• Ability to handle objections and close effectively.
• Confident, professional attitude.
• Clear understanding of compliance and call‑handling standards.
