About the role

Roots Academy is seeking an Academic Success Strategist to guide and support students throughout their academic journey. The role involves creating tailored study plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication between students, teachers, and parents.

Key responsibilities

Onboard new students and understand their individual academic goals.
Design personalized study plans and provide ongoing mentorship.
Track student performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate academic records and coordinate with teachers to align support strategies.
Communicate regularly with parents to update them on student progress and performance.

Required profile

Outstanding academic record with A/A* grades in O Levels and A Levels.
Currently enrolled in a reputable university, at least in the second year of study.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
