ACCA Trainee – Finance Development Program

About the role

Indus Motor Company is seeking ACCA trainees to join its finance development programme. The role offers hands‑on training, exposure to core organisational functions and inter‑departmental rotations within Pakistan's leading automotive manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in departmental rotations to gain a broad understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Assist senior finance staff and higher management with routine tasks and special projects.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations and compliance documentation.
• Engage in performance evaluations that may lead to confirmation as Assistant Manager.

Required profile

• ACCA affiliate or student who has cleared at least the first six ACCA papers.
• Highly motivated, committed and able to thrive in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong desire to make an impact and grow within the automotive sector.
