Account Executive – Client Relations & Sales

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking an energetic Account Executive to manage client relationships and drive business growth. You will acquire new clients, nurture existing accounts, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and research.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and promptly address any issues or concerns.
• Present and demonstrate Creative Chaos products and services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with strong negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and branding concepts.
