Account Manager – Amazon Marketplace

About the role

Visnetic Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to lead Amazon‑focused client accounts from our Bahawalnagar office. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring PPC, SEO, CTR, design and catalog merchandising strategies are executed to grow client market share.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze account performance on the Amazon marketplace.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate campaign activities across PPC, SEO, CTR optimization, design, and catalog merchandising.
• Align cross‑functional teams around client goals and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and overall ROI.
• Resolve client issues promptly and manage deliverables.
• Contribute to strategic planning for long‑term client success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client service or related roles, preferably in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics, including PPC, SEO, CTR optimization and catalog merchandising.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to turn metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bahawalnagar and collaborate with marketing, design and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms, advertising dashboards and CRM tools is a plus.
