About the role
Code & Fable is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Account Manager – Digital to act as the main bridge between clients and internal teams. You will ensure digital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for client accounts, understanding their goals and translating them into actionable digital initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across design, development, and marketing teams.
- Oversee digital strategies, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Manage day‑to‑day client activities, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, reporting, and proactive support.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client account management and relationship building.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Experience working in collaborative, fast‑paced team environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the digital or creative industry is a plus.
