Account Manager / Engagement Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager / Engagement Officer who brings a strong service mindset, high ownership and the ability to build genuine relationships with clients. The role focuses on proactive client support, ticket monitoring and fostering engagement across the assigned city.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on all client tickets within the assigned city.
• Conduct family‑by‑family status checks and coordinate closely with the Operations Room.
• Review client WhatsApp groups daily, identify concerns and maintain active engagement.
• Participate in at least 10 meaningful client interactions each day.
• Track and follow up with non‑utilizing clients.
• Prepare weekly client updates, engagement plans and calendar activities.
• Provide weekly updates on new physiotherapy clients.
• Plan and coordinate birthdays, celebrations and other engagement activities to strengthen client relationships.
