Account Manager – Healthcare Instruments

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Account Manager to join our Lahore team. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business within the medical‑device sector. The role is on‑site and requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare instruments market.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts with B2B clients.
• Coordinate with production, quality and logistics teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Track sales performance, monitor market trends and report insights to marketing and product teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or similar systems and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Conduct regular client meetings and resolve issues promptly to sustain long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management and customer‑relationship skills, with proven experience in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation, negotiation and closing deals, preferably in medical‑devices or surgical instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for account tracking and reporting.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
