Account Manager

About the role

ISONEX is seeking a full‑time remote Account Manager to lead client relationships in the compliance and cybersecurity space. You will act as the primary point of contact for organisations pursuing certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA, ensuring they receive tailored guidance and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their compliance and cybersecurity needs.
• Drive customer satisfaction by coordinating internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client base.
• Provide expert advice on compliance frameworks and monitor client progress toward certification.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven experience in compliance consulting, business development or project management.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA frameworks.
