Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring they achieve success with our product. By establishing clear communication channels with clients and internal teams, the role focuses on understanding customer needs, addressing issues promptly, and driving product adoption. The position requires regular interaction with stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work cross‑functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders involved in customers' success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated previous experience in account management, handling a portfolio of client relationships.
• Excellent articulation and comfort in client‑facing environments, enabling effective communication and relationship building.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed to support relationship development and identify growth opportunities.
