Account Manager, Payments Partnerships

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Account Manager in Pakistan to support its business development strategy with banking, FinTech and telco partners. The role focuses on building deep relationships, identifying opportunities and solving problems, with a focus on payments, card products, acceptance, digital payments and e-commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Work with banking, FinTech and telco partners to identify growth opportunities, solve problems and deliver solutions.
• Expand the business portfolio with Mastercard products and solutions.
• Drive revenue and take responsibility for results.
• Collaborate with wider Mastercard teams and customers, turning initiatives into actionable outcomes.
• Act as the primary contact and deliver a high level of customer experience for partners.

Required profile

• Well-versed in Pakistan's banking, payments and digital financial services ecosystem.
• Experience in payments business such as cards, e-commerce and acceptance.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage with senior leadership as a trusted advisor.
• Financial and analytical acumen, understanding key growth drivers.
• Collaborative team mindset, ownership of outcomes and solution-driven approach.
