Account Manager - Sales (Corporate Segment)

About the role

Cybernet is hiring an Assistant Manager - Sales (Account Manager) for its Storm-WiFi business unit, based at the Head Office in Karachi. The role supports revenue growth by helping with client acquisition, relationship management and sales execution in the corporate segment, with hands-on exposure to key account management, strategic sales planning and cross-functional coordination alongside experienced sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets and market share objectives.
• Assist in lead generation, prospecting and client outreach to grow the corporate and SME customer base.
• Take part in client meetings, presentations and negotiations with senior team members.
• Carry out pre-sales and post-sales activities, including onboarding, deployment coordination and service delivery.
• Maintain client relationships by answering queries and resolving concerns.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot growth opportunities and trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, analyse customer data and keep records of sales activities, contracts and client profiles.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, project management, finance and operations for seamless service execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client relationship management and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
