Account Manager - Shops

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Shops to join foodpanda’s fast‑growing team. You will be the main point of contact for city‑wide shop clients, driving commercial growth and building strong, trustworthy relationships across Pakistan’s retail landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new shop clients with healthy commercial terms in assigned zones.
• Serve as the primary contact for city‑wide client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyse market needs, identify opportunities, and negotiate contracts to maximise profits.
• Drive month‑on‑month growth for all assigned accounts.
• Prepare and present reports on commercial, operational, product mix and marketing metrics.
• Forecast and track key account metrics such as sales results and quarterly forecasts.
• Design and execute exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships and co‑branding activities.
• Support cross‑functional teams by communicating insights, resolving urgent issues and deploying processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Good understanding of Pakistan’s retail landscape.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and data‑driven mindset.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of leading independent projects.
