Account Manager – Trade & Digital Services

About the role

Hexaco Global is looking for an Account Manager to join its team in Sadiqabad. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, driving trade projects and digital initiatives to help businesses expand internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Manage trade facilitation projects, including import/export coordination and supplier management.
• Collaborate with international buyers and suppliers to negotiate and close deals.
• Coordinate logistics and provide strategic advice for business growth.
• Lead digital projects such as website management, SEO optimization, and social‑media strategy implementation.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor market dynamics and international trade regulations to identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience in trade facilitation, import/export coordination, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of digital services including web development, SEO and social‑media marketing.
• Project‑management capability to oversee both trade and digital initiatives.
• Problem‑solving mindset and collaborative work style.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with trade management platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; understanding of international trade regulations is advantageous.
