About the role
Medcare MSO is seeking an Account Receivable Representative to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on medical billing processes, handling claim denials, and ensuring timely payments. This is a full‑time, office‑based position with night shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily work reports.
- Manage denial bucket efficiently by processing claims promptly.
- Conduct payment hunting on pending claims.
- Follow the American calendar for billing cycles.
- Handle insurance calling and related communications.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in medical billing.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
