Accountant – Finance Operations

About the role

LW Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments and the European headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and analyses.
• Support payroll accounting, tax compliance, and cash‑flow management.
• Coordinate with banks for financial transactions and maintain invoice, payment, and expense records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and European headquarters on finance‑related matters.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
