Accounts Manager

About the role

The Accounts Manager will lead the company’s financial and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions. This senior position is responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, inventory management, and related financial reporting. The role also supports strategic decision‑making through budgeting, analysis, and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll and general ledger.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting processes and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors and other financial stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the accounting team.
• Support company development and expansion projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing full‑cycle accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an accounting team.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and cost‑control.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with banks, auditors and senior management.
